Rooms that were given to me weren't cleaned one had a guest staying there, rooms were in different floors, restrooms didn't flush, tv wasn't working in one of the rooms

The staff at the front desk Bethany was super friendly , helped me with finding a good place to eat and fastest way to get to the hospital where my daughter was having a baby .

Didn't get a chance to like anything other then my drive there, and getting a full refund for a hotel that should not be charging over 100 dollars a night, much less bolster ads like this place is immaculate, they need new management

The hotel needs to be remodeled. You can tell it was nice at one point but is now run down. Walking down the hallways you can see doors that have been kicked in with missing door locks and handles. Renovations in the rooms have been done poorly.

All the rooms were missing something but they were all clean and smelled good. Hotel employee went above and beyond changing us the room trying to do her best to make us feel as comfortable as possible -Kudos The hotel also had hot breakfast and it was good.
